Marika is a pirate. A space pirate, yes, but a pirate never the less. While most of her piracy is presented as a show, and her Letter of Marque makes her more of a legal privateer, her government's laws do not exist in Paradisa and she dreams of a day pirates can roam freer than the laws that bind them.
She has to keep her piracy habits up. She is nothing if not a show-off. She will browse through your characters' rooms and dressers and pick up things they left behind elsewhere and maybe even stick a few people up in classic mugger's style. However, I don't want her to have free reign. She is still a greenhorn and I don't want to overstep anyone's boundaries. So please, tell me some things about any and every character you have, and I'll keep them in mind as she scrounges around.
1.) Can Marika steal from their room? What about mugging them?
2.) If so, what can she steal? Would your character eventually want it back?
3.) Is there anything I should leave alone and have her ignore?
Please keep in mind that she can be very easily caught (she is loud and takes pride in her work and shows off all the time she is not exactly hard to find) and talked down/out of it if you would prefer to play something out that way. I will notify you if/when she takes something, or if you'd like her to mug you face-to-face, that can be easily arranged. She won't kill anyone (unless they're a serious threat) but she will fight them and is armed with a laser rifle and a saber.

1.) Can Marika steal from their room? What about mugging them? Yes and Yes. Peeta would probably not put up a fight to avoid getting hurt.
2.) If so, what can she steal? Would your character eventually want it back? He has plenty of art supplies, but not much else. His birthday is today, so let me get back to this.

2.) If so, what can she steal? Would your character eventually want it back? Alcohol? Quills, parchment, books, a modern book on poetry, a throne, a crown and a scepter. He would eventually want the modern book on poetry back.
3.) Is there anything I should leave alone and have her ignore? Nope.
Charming
1.) Can Marika steal from their room? What about mugging them? Yes and yes, but he will fight back. He has a sword.
2.) If so, what can she steal? Would your character eventually want it back? He doesn't have much. If it was okay with Kaye and Snow ever took it off, she could steal Snow's ring that Charming gave her. But that, of course, would be up to Kaye. But he would want her to get it back.
3.) Is there anything I should leave alone and have her ignore? Not that I can think of.
